Below are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that govern the use of the Kitchen Devil® website located at www.kitchendevil.co.uk (the “Site”) and the purchase of products on the Site (the “Products”).

Using the Site

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms in full, you may not use the Site or purchase Products.

You may use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes within the scope and purpose of the Site’s services. You may download content from the Site for personal use, provided you maintain all copyright and other notices.

Kitchen Devil® reserves the right to refuse service without prior notification, to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Site with or without notice.

Product Purchases

All purchases through the Site are subject to product availability. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers may be subject to additional restrictions and exclusions.

Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to your total order value at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery timelines displayed at checkout and on your order confirmation apply to business days only (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships containing tracking information, if applicable. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Kitchen Devil® is not liable for any shipping delays and cannot issue refunds for delayed shipments.

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items: Please inspect all items at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery regarding any missing, damaged or incorrect items and we will work to promptly correct the issue.

Returns and Refunds: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition. Please contact us to arrange a return and provide your order information.

Refunds will be issued once inspected items are received back in resalable condition. Refunds are generally issued within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.

Cancellations: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by our team. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Product Information

Kitchen Devil® attempts to accurately depict Product colors and specifications on the Site. However, actual colors and details may vary. We do not guarantee that such depictions will be accurate representations. Please contact us if you need exact Product specifications for any purpose.

Product dimensions and weights are provided for reference only. While we make efforts to provide accurate measurements, actual Product sizes may vary.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Site design, text, graphics, interfaces, photographs, audio and video clips, logos, icons and other content, and the selection and arrangements thereof, are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. All materials on the Site are only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, perform, display, publish or create derivative works from the Site Materials without express authorization from Kitchen Devil®.

The Kitchen Devil® name and logo are trademarks owned solely by the company. Any use of our trademarks without permission constitutes unlawful infringement.

By submitting, posting, commenting or otherwise adding any written, photographic or other materials to the Site (“User Content”), you grant Kitchen Devil® a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such User Content on the Site in any manner desired.

This license shall survive termination of these Terms. Kitchen Devil® reserves the right to investigate and take legal action in our sole discretion against anyone who violates our rights or does not comply with these Terms, including removing offending User Content.

All User Content must comply with the Content Guidelines below.

Content Guidelines

Contain illegal, abusive, harassing, harmful, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene, infringing, invasive of privacy, profane, violent or otherwise objectionable material of any kind;
Impersonate any person or entity or provide false information;
Constitute spam, unrelated/irrelevant links or unsolicited promotions;
Violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or personal rights;
Contain any private or personal information of a third party without consent;
Contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation or mass mailings;
Contain falsehoods or misrepresentations meant to harm the reputation of Kitchen Devil® or any third party.

Kitchen Devil® has complete discretion whether to accept, monitor, review, remove or modify any User Content. However, we have no control over and exclude all liability for User Content submitted by visitors.

Kitchen Devil® may terminate your access to the Site immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

Clauses regarding ownership and intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law and disputes shall survive any termination of these Terms.
